Acceptance
By using Processa, you agree to these terms. Processa is operated by JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Free usage limits
Free tools are limited to 2 uses per tool per IP address per 24-hour period. After 2 uses, you must either pay ₦/$ 0.23 per use or subscribe to a Pro plan to continue. We reserve the right to modify limits at any time.
Payments
Pay-per-use ($0.23 per tool use) and Pro subscriptions are processed via Flutterwave. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Pro plan subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You may not use Processa to process illegal content, infringe intellectual property, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or circumvent usage limits. Automated scraping or bulk use without a Pro API key is prohibited.
File content
You retain full ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to process that content. We do not claim any rights over your files and delete them within 1 hour.
Limitation of liability
Processa is provided without warranty. JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd is not liable for data loss, processing errors, or any indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
