What we collect

When you use free tools without an account, we collect no personal data. If you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a contact form, we store your email address and name. If you create a Pro account, we store your email, encrypted payment tokens, and usage history.

File handling

Files you upload for processing are stored temporarily on secure servers and permanently deleted within 1 hour of processing. We do not read, analyse, share or retain your file contents beyond what is technically necessary to complete your request.

Usage tracking

We track the number of times a tool is used per IP address to enforce the 2 free uses per tool per day limit. No personal data is stored in this process — only anonymous request counts per tool per IP.

Payments

Payments are processed by Flutterwave. We do not store your card details. Flutterwave's privacy policy governs payment data. For pay-per-use ($0.23/use) and Pro subscriptions, we store your email and transaction reference only.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal, privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking). We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your email or account data at any time by emailing info@justservices.pro. We will action requests within 30 days.
